Manager / Assistant Manager – Corporate Strategy & Planning

• Study and provide guideline on company resources allocation in strategic point of view working with planning & Budget Control.
• Study and initiative decision on IPO coordinating among 3-party working with finance department.
• Study and develop funding strategy working with finance department including V/F.
• Study on long term survivability strategy in term of market competition and trends.
• New biz (MVNO , DVB-H , Wireless Broadband etc) feasibility test and development.
• Global understanding on cross functional business work flow in company , not only within U Mobile.
• Strong background and experiences on finance will be required.
• Creativity to come up with new biz model is required.
• Efficient and quick access to various information sources is needed for data gathering domestically and globally



Manager / Assistant Manager Corporate Governance

• 3rd party coordination in accordance with Shareholder’s
Agreement.
• Preparation and coordination of and reporting to high level meeting
(S/H meeting , BOD, C-level meeting, CEO Reporting).
• Support CEO’s managerial activities.
• Careful, mild and sophisticated character is needed to support high level
people.
• Tolerance to a bit tedious but complicated reading and understand is
needed to read through e.g. Articles of Association , Shareholders’
agreement , company acts and related legal guidelines.
• \00A0\00A0\00A0Well communication with all division heads and department heads to
\00A0\00A0\00A0 collect reports and checking.
